Project Management
Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project tasks to meet requirements. Project management is accomplished through the use of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes.
FPI consults with clients to drive the entire project management process to ensure project accuracy, on time on/under budget completion, and delivery of a post-project cost analysis to quantify savings.
FPI’s Project Management services:
- Assure that the different elements of any project are properly coordinated
- Ensure that the project includes all work required, and only required work,
to complete the project successfully
- Deliver timely completion within the approved budget
- Make effective use of the human resources involved
- Address identification, analysis, and responses to possible project risks
